How can you turn down a 1WWPP recipe for cole slaw?? I enjoy mine with pickles on top! Brian gives this recipe 3 out of 5 stars.
This recipe comes to you from Hungry Girl 1-2-3, p. 114.
HG Slammin' Slaw
Ingredients:
* 1 (16oz.) bag dry cole slaw
* 1/4 cup fat-free mayo (ok..to save money I used Olive Oil Mayo making the point value go up a bit, I just ate a smaller portion)

* 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
* 2 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar (mine was just natural)
* 1 teaspoon Dijonnaise
* 2 no-cal sweetener packets (I used Truvia)
* 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
* salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix 1/4c. mayo, 1/4c. sour cream, 2 1/2T. vinegar, 1t. dijonnaise, 2 sweetener packets, and 1/4t. seasoned salt. Mix well.
2. Add cole slaw to dressing and stir until coated.
3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night.
4. Stir before serving and add salt and pepper.
